What You’ll Need 🥄
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 small garlic clove, pressed (or ½ tsp garlic powder)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (or red wine vinegar)
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
Optional Extras: a pinch of honey or maple syrup for sweetness, or fresh herbs like basil or dill for a herby kick.
How to Make It 👩🍳
Whisk or shake: Add all your ingredients to a small bowl or jar. Whisk until smooth, or screw the lid on tight and give it a good shake!
Taste & tweak: Want it zingier? Add more lemon juice. Prefer a touch of sweetness? A little honey goes a long way.
Serve or store: Drizzle straight over your salad or pop it in the fridge — it’ll keep well for about a week. Just give it a good shake before each use.
